SeniorCare Complete is a Minnesota Senior Health Options program that is offered by South Country Health Alliance. To be eligible for SeniorCare Complete, you must be:
- At least 65 years old;
- Eligible for Medical Assistance;
- Have Medicare Parts A and B;
- Live in our 14-county service area.
