The Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP) is health care coverage for families and children that live in Brown, Dodge, Freeborn, Goodhue, Kanabec, Morrison, Todd, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Wadena, and Waseca Counties (see map). Medical Assistance eligibility is determined by a financial worker in your county.

All SCHA members may use the Ask Mayo Clinic Nurse Advice line. Call and speak to a knowledgeable and friendly nurse anytime you have questions about a non-emergency health condition. The nurse can help you decide what you should do, and whether or not you need to go to a doctor.
