Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+)

Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) is a program offered to those in our 14 county service area (see map) who are 65 years of age or older and are eligible for Medical Assistance. The MSC+ program includes all your regular Medical Assistance benefits, as well as Elderly Waiver services (if eligible).

MSC+ Member Services

Member Services is available to answer questions Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.  They can help you:

• Request additional copies of member materials
• Answer questions related to your covered benefits
• Understand your prescription drug coverage
• File a grievance or appeal

Call Member Services if you need an interpreter. You may also call the patient representative at your primary care clinic.

Ask Mayo Clinic Nurse Advice Line

All SCHA members may use the Ask Mayo Clinic Nurse Advice Line. Call and speak to a knowledgeable and friendly nurse anytime you have questions about a non-emergency health condition. The nurse can help you decide what you should do, and whether or not you need to go to a doctor.
