Do you have questions about a non-emergency health concern? The 24-hour nurse line offers free assistance from friendly nurses right over the phone. Call for helpful advice and to find out if you should go see a doctor.

- Request additional copies of member materials
- Answer questions related to your covered benefits
- Understand your prescription drug coverage
- Change primary care providers
- Order a replacement Membership ID card
