The MAC meets monthly. The committee schedules the meetings at a time and place that works best for the members.

The Member Advisory Committee (MAC) is a group of people just like you. Our members and their family members are the most important voice on our team. Any SCHA member may be on the MAC. We want you to share your experiences and opinions. This will help SCHA provide quality health care to you and your family.
MAC Mission Statement
The Member Advisory Committee (MAC) provides a forum for the elected and appointed representatives of South Country Health Alliance enrollees to share their unique perspectives and experiences as consumers, family members, and advocates in the health care system. MAC will provide feedback to the South Country Health Alliance Joint Powers Board on the delivery of services, problems, positive outcomes, communications with enrollees, and ways to improve the system. The Members will present the concerns expressed to them and will be advocates for the rights of all enrollees.
