South Country Health Alliance was formed in 2001 to improve the way people receive health care. SCHA is now serving over 24,000 members in 12 Minnesota counties (see map). We offer five different programs to meet your needs.

SCHA Health Promotions Programs and Incentives

SCHA offers a variety of health promotions programs and incentives that are designed to help remind and encourage you to take good care of your health. Learn why it's important to have a child's blood tested for lead, and when your child needs to have immunizations.
