Who Can Use Report It?
Report It is meant to be used by employees of SCHA as well as county workers and health care providers. Report It is NOT intended for members to submit complaints. Members who have concerns should refer to their Evidence of Coverage or Certificate of Coverage for guidelines on submitting concerns and grievances. Members may also call Member Services for personal assistance.
