Key Responsibilities: Plans, directs, and develops areas related to marketing and member/enrollment services in accordance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in business management or other healthcare related field or 5+ years of supervisory/management experience and Health Care experience required. Knowledge of state and federal regulatory environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for development and maintenance of positive working relationships with SCHA network providers.
Qualifications: Associate degree or technical degree in health care management or related field required. Related experience considered in lieu of a degree. Three to five years experience in a health care delivery setting required. Provider Relations/Provider Contracting experience preferred. Knowledge of both State Public Programs and Medicare products preferred

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading development and implementation of improvement strategies to achieve SCHA’s clinical performance improvement goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health related field or equivalent experience, ability to research and analyze medical data and information, and familiarity with ICD/CPT coding required.
