  • CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

    Responsible for administering and organizing the Complex Case Management Program, including supervision of staff directly performing the case management services; responding to operational issues/concerns while promoting quality and productivity in the administration of health services; and accountable to meet the financial, operational, and quality objectives of the program.

    Required: Current and valid, unrestricted RN license in MN; At least 5 years clinical experience.

    Hours/Pay Period: Full-time

  • HEALTH SERVICES SENIOR MANAGER
    This position will lead/direct clinical program teams, delegate duties to staff, and respond to clinical operational issues/concerns while promoting quality and productivity in the administration of the clinical programs area of Health Services; accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.

    Required: Current, valid, and unrestricted RN license in MN; 5+ years relevant clinical experience; Medical knowledge of Medicare and/or Public Programs; ICD knowledge and CPT coding experience.

  • COMPLEX CASE MANAGER
    This position performs case management within the scope of licensure for members with complex and chronic care needs by assessing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating care plans designed to optimize member health care across the care continuum and ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs.

    Required: Current, valid, and unrestricted RN License in Minnesota plus 3 years’ clinical experience in acute care, or a clinical setting, or case management.

  • FINANCIAL ANALYST
    Serves as lead for financial modeling and analysis of DHS and CMS rates and capitation revenue, and for risk score analysis; Coordinates DHS data reporting, reinsurance reporting and reimbursements, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and payment reconciliations; Serves as back-up to Controller for general ledger, accounts payable, statutory accounting, and payroll processing; Assists Provider Network Management department in the development of pay for performance and other variable rate contracts.

    Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, MBA preferred; 5 years health plan experience with insurance company, consulting firm, or related organization; At least 2 years Medicare and Medicaid analysis and reporting experience; At least 2 years’ experience with modeling, reporting, financial analysis, and key performance indicator analysis.

  • GRIEVANCE AND APPEALS COORDINATOR
    Responsible for the management of assigned caseload involving complaints received at SCHA, which may include grievances, appeals and other coverage decision requests; Performs advanced and complicated case review duties requiring clinical judgment, independent analysis and detailed knowledge of departmental and regulatory procedures.

    Required: RN with an active license in the State of MN and a broad-based clinical background; 3-5 years health care experience; Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for appeals and grievances; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

    Hours/Pay Period: Full-time

    Minimum salary — $54,795/annual (Exempt)
